Where to write

Send anything to [email protected]. It reaches a person, not a queue, and it is normally answered inside two working days.

Questions we can take

• Anything printed on this website that looks wrong or out of date
• Which package covers which stretch of time, and how the sixty days is counted
• Where a particular product fact on these pages came from

Questions for the seller

• Payments, receipts and order numbers
• Shipping, tracking and anything that turned up damaged
• Refunds under the guarantee

Their support team is linked from the checkout and is the only party with sight of your order. Passing a query through us simply lengthens the route. Hang on to the confirmation email — the order number in it is the first thing they ask for.

Corrections are the most welcome message

If a figure here does not match the label or the checkout, say which page and which number. It gets checked the same day and either corrected or explained back to you.

What this inbox will not do

It will not advise you on whether a supplement is a good idea for you personally. We have no way of knowing, and answering anyway would be worse than saying nothing.

Turnaround

No automated acknowledgement will arrive, because there is no system sending one. Messages are read in the order they land, usually in the evening. A question about a number on a page comes back quickly; one that needs checking against the seller may take an extra day.

Language

English, written by somebody who speaks it rather than run through a translation engine. Write in another language and it will still be read, but the answer will come back in English.

A request we cannot grant

We are asked from time to time to chase the seller about a late parcel. It never helps. Their support team answers a customer with an order number far faster than they answer a third party forwarding a message about somebody else's purchase, so the direct route is always the quick one.
